To utilize Bill Pay, you must have Personal eCash Online Banking.
To Enroll:
1. Log in to Personal eCash Online Banking.
2. Select Bill Payment.
3. Fill out the enrollment form and click submit. Within 5 business days, you will receive a letter with log in information and usage tips.
